In 2022, Abraham’s Tent established a not for profit- private school in the Berbice region of Guyana. Currently there are 97 students enrolled in grades 1-7, which will expand to a full K-12 program each year as our students progress.

Since 2018, scholarships have been awarded to 33 students attending universities including Columbia, Dartmouth, Stanford, Harvard, and more. Abraham’s Tent is proud to announce that in 2024, all Sharmallison Scholarship recipients have graduated. Some have moved on to higher education, others have entered internship programs or have taken full time career opportunities.
